Wayne R. Curtis

Wayne R. Curtis holds academic appointments as Lecturer at the University of Maryland’s School of Built Environment and Adjunct Professor at the University of the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia Community College. He earned a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University, an MS in Urban Planning from Columbia University, and a BA from Harvard University. With over 45 years in financial services and economic development, Dr. Curtis advises major cities like New York and Philadelphia on economic initiatives. The firm’s leadership team boasts 50+ combined years in public/private sector partnerships and certified expertise in online education design (Quality Matters, 2017).

His career includes pioneering urban park programs and board roles in financial institutions.
