Wayne Allen Parrott

Dr. Wayne Allen Parrott is a Distinguished Research Professor in the Department of Crop & Soil Sciences at the University of Georgia, affiliated with the Center for Applied Genetic Technologies (CAGT). His research focuses on developing technologies for crop genetic engineering and genome editing, utilizing molecular markers for transgene deployment, gene discovery, and insect resistance studies.
