Wayne A. Scales

Dr. Wayne A. Scales is an Affiliate Professor in the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech's College of Engineering. His research focuses on computational space plasma physics, active space experiments, and dusty plasma physics.
