Dr. Wanja Wiese is a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at Ruhr University Bochum, Institute for Philosophy II, Chair for Philosophy of Mind (Prof. Dr. Albert Newen). She previously served as an interim professor for Theoretical Philosophy and Philosophy of the Social Sciences at University Witten/Herdecke (2023-2024) and as a postdoctoral researcher at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (2015-2021). She holds a Habilitation in Philosophy (2024) and a PhD in Philosophy (2015) from Ruhr University Bochum and Mainz, respectively, along with a dual M.A. in Philosophy and Mathematics (2011).
