Wangwei Lin

Wangwei Lin is an Associate Professor in Company and Business Law at Queen Mary University of London's School of Business and Management. She serves as Director of Internationalisation at Home and is a member of the Department of Business and Society. Her research focuses on corporate law, artificial intelligence, financial regulation, and interdisciplinary areas such as law and technology, and business ethics.

Her work has been published in leading journals like the Journal of Business Law and Texas International Law Journal. She has secured grants from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and contributes to an AHRC project. Wangwei is actively involved in editorial roles, serving on the boards of Company Lawyer and Journal of Financial Crime.

As part of her institutional roles, she chairs the SBM EDI Committee and promotes internationalisation initiatives within the university.
