Wanda Marcussen is a Doctoral Research Fellow in environmental history at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Department of History within the Faculty of Humanities. Her research focuses on understanding how coastal communities in Norway and Northern Europe responded to climatic challenges during the Little Ice Age (1500-1800), particularly during crisis years. She is part of the KLIMER research group and the Multispecies Landscapes Lab, contributing to interdisciplinary studies on climate, environment, and energy.
