Walter Wilson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and Geography at the University of Texas at San Antonio, specializing in American politics, legislatures, and Latino representation. He earned his Ph.D. from the Carl Albert Congressional Studies Center at the University of Oklahoma and served as a former American Political Science Association congressional fellow.
