Walter R. Lowe, MD, is Chair and Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at UTHealth Houston, holding the Edward T. Smith Endowed Chair. As Medical Director of the Memorial Hermann Rockets Sports Medicine Institute, he leads orthopedic services across multiple major hospitals and directs a premier sports injury center. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in complex knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructions.
