Prof. Dr. Walter Leal is a Professor at the Department of Health Sciences, Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, serving as Director of the Research and Transfer Centre "Sustainability and Climate Change Management" (FTZ-NK). With over 35 years of experience since 1987, he leads interdisciplinary efforts in environmental management and climate policy.
