Wael Abughres

Dr. Wael Abughres is an Assistant Professor of Communication Engineering at the University of Tripoli's Faculty of Engineering in Libya. He holds an M.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (2000) from the University of Tripoli and a PhD in Communication Engineering (2009) from the University of Bradford, UK, focusing on Call Admission Control in 3G Cellular Networks. His research emphasizes network performance modeling, reliability engineering using MOSEL language, and wireless communication systems. He has published 12 journal/conference papers and served as Director of the Information & Communication Technology Centre at the University of Tripoli for four years.
