About
Warciław Kunc is a Polish professor of conducting at the Gdansk Feliks Nowowiejski Music Academy, specializing in symphonic and operatic conducting. He has held leadership roles as Artistic Director of the Teatr Wielki in Łódź since 2014 and previously served as director of the Szczecin Chamber Orchestra (1990/93) and Opera na Zamku in Szczecin (1992–2004, 2007–2011). A champion of Stanisław Moniuszko's works, he co-founded the Summer Opera Seasons in Szczecin and the International Tenors' Tournament.
