W. Matthew Collins, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at Nova Southeastern University's College of Psychology. He is a cognitive psychologist, member of the Psychonomic Society, and co-chair of TEDxNSU. Currently serving as Director of the Undergraduate Psychology major, he focuses on three research areas: (1) language representation in memory, (2) language-memory interdependence, and (3) arousal effects on attention/cognition with Dr. Leanne Boucher.
