Vu Lam

Dr. Vu Lam is a political scientist and policy analyst specializing in Southeast Asian affairs and Indo-Pacific strategy at UNSW Canberra. He authored Public Diplomacy in Vietnam (Routledge, 2022) and contributes to regional diplomacy, trade, and geopolitical analysis for influential policy outlets like the Lowy Institute, the Diplomat, and East Asia Forum.
