Volker Stocker is a postdoctoral researcher and research group lead at the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society (The German Internet Institute) and an associated researcher at the Technical University Berlin and the Max Planck Institute for Informatics. His interdisciplinary work bridges technology, economics, and policy in the context of digital infrastructures, platforms, and the Internet ecosystem.
