Volker Neugebauer, M.D., Ph.D. is a Professor and Chair at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. He directs the Center of Excellence for Translational Neuroscience and Therapeutics (CTNT) and serves as Executive Director of the Garrison Institute on Aging (GIA).
