Dr. Vitor Jesus is a Lecturer in Software Engineering and Cybersecurity at Aston University's School of Computer Science and Digital Technologies. His research focuses on privacy-enhancing technologies and cybersecurity frameworks for distributed systems, with particular emphasis on:
- Consent management architectures and standardization
- Blockchain-based auditing and data provenance
- IoT security in smart environments
- Privacy-preserving data sharing models
