Virendra Singh is a Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, affiliated with both the Department of Electrical Engineering and Department of Computer Science & Engineering. He leads the Computer Architecture and Dependable Systems Lab (CADSL) and coordinates the Indo-Japanese Joint Laboratory for Intelligent Dependable Cyber Physical Systems and the Information Security Research and Development Centre (ISRDC).

Recent Publications highlight advancements in cache security, quantum-resistant cryptography, malware detection, and heterogeneous computing, reflecting his interdisciplinary approach.
