Violet Gitman

Violet Gitman is a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at Baruch College's Weissman School of Arts and Sciences (City University of New York). She transitioned from a decade-long real estate career to mental health in 2015, earning an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College. She advanced from Adjunct Professor (2019) to her current Lecturer role, where she trains future therapists through clinical courses and supervision.
