Viktor Sydoruk

Dr. Viktor Sydoruk is a Researcher at the Plant Sciences (IBG-2) department within the Institute of Bio- and Geosciences at Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH. His work focuses on sustainable agriculture through plant phenotyping, plant-environment interactions, and technologies for alternative biomass utilization.

Research interests include:

• Noninvasive biomass determination using phenoCave resonators
• Development of sensors like microstrip patch antennas and acoustic volumeters
• 3D reconstruction of seeds via phenoSeeder and micro-CT analysis
• Seed trait quantification (volume, surface area, genotype/phenotype impacts)
