Vijayasarathi Ramanathan

Dr. Vijayasarathi Ramanathan is a Senior Lecturer in Sexual Health (Sexology) at the Westmead Clinical School, University of Sydney. His expertise spans transcultural sexual health, clinical sexual dysfunction management, and medical education. He holds postgraduate qualifications in sexual health medicine and is a Fellow of the European Society for Sexual Medicine and the Higher Education Academy. Dr. Ramanathan has over 15 years of interdisciplinary clinical practice in India and Australia, focusing on psychosexual therapy and public health initiatives.

His research interests include the intersection of culture and sexuality, particularly among immigrant populations, and improving healthcare professionals' sexual health literacy.
