Victoria O'Laughlin

Victoria O'Laughlin serves as an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Fellow at the University of Washington's Jackson School of International Studies, focusing on critical intersections of technology and policy.

Her research centers on Cybersecurity vulnerabilities in emerging technologies, with specialized expertise in Internet of Things ecosystems and Privacy Policy frameworks for public spaces. Current work examines regulatory challenges in smart infrastructure deployment.

As an IPI Cybersecurity Fellow, she contributes to policy-oriented research addressing real-world security threats in networked public environments, bridging technical analysis with governance solutions.
