Dr Victoria Lambropoulos is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Monash University, with expertise in employment and workplace law. She holds a PhD from Deakin University and prestigious LLM from the University of Melbourne. Her research focuses on mental health, digitisation of legal information, access to justice, and culturally diverse communities. She has secured over $180,000 in grants for projects addressing mental health and digitisation in CALD communities, particularly Vietnamese, Indian, Afghani, and Sudanese groups in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
