Dr. Victoria Arrandale is an Assistant Professor in the Occupational & Environmental Health Division at the University of Toronto's Dalla Lana School of Public Health. Her research program targets occupational exposure assessment and prevention strategies for workplace hazards.
Key studies investigate asbestos-related disease surveillance, e-waste recycling risks, and intervention effectiveness. Current projects include predictive modeling for opioid overdose risk and health impacts of flame retardants in nail salons and firefighting.
She directs the Centre for Occupational Disease Prevention and contributes to Ontario's occupational policy through the WSIB Scientific Advisory Table. Her teaching covers occupational hygiene and exposure assessment methodologies.
