Victoria Esposito is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Albany Law School (since August 2022), teaching Introduction to Lawyering and Client Interviewing/Counseling. She holds a B.A. in English, Russian, and Soviet Studies (cum laude, 1991) and a J.D. (cum laude, 1997) from the University of Notre Dame.

Her research focuses on systemic legal structures perpetuating poverty, as seen in her upcoming article in the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law and Policy. Co-authored Social Security and Medicare Answer Book (2021+).
