Victoria Erskine

Victoria Erskine is a Lecturer in Communication at Charles Sturt University's School of Information and Communication Studies. She is a PhD candidate in the Equally Well project under the Faculty of Business and Behavioural Sciences, focusing on wellbeing in communication practices. Her research explores resilience in communication professionals, workplace wellness, and mental health sector communication strategies. She is affiliated with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Research Group, Health Services Research Group, and the Charles Sturt Media Lab.

Education: PhD Candidate (Charles Sturt University, 2020–present). Professional memberships include the Public Relations Institute of Australia (Vic) as an Education Committee Member and Professional Member since 2017.

Research interests center on practitioner resilience, organizational communication, and multidisciplinary approaches to wellbeing.
