Victor Zue is the Delta Electronics Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT. He previously directed the MIT Laboratory for Computer Science (LCS) and co-directed the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL) for a decade. Currently, his focus includes managing CSAIL's sponsor relationships in Taiwan. His research spans spoken language systems, human-computer interaction, and AI/ML, pioneering technologies for natural spoken interfaces. He leads the Spoken Language Systems Group, aiming to enable global natural language computer interaction.
