Victor Verlan

Victor Verlan is an Associate Professor and Senior Scientific Researcher at the Laboratory of Optoelectronics 'Andrei Andriesh' within the Institute of Applied Physics in Moldova. His research focuses on optoelectronic materials, particularly photoluminescence properties of coordination compounds, rare earth complexes, and polymer-based nanocomposites. He holds a Ph.D. and has contributed extensively to the development of luminescent materials for optoelectronic applications, including solar cells and thin films.

His work spans the synthesis and characterization of chalcogenide semiconductors, nanocomposites, and amorphous materials, with a strong emphasis on material stability and optical properties.
