Victor Henriquez Diaz is a PhD Researcher at the School of Law and Government, Dublin City University, working on his thesis Critical Raw Materials for Digital Sovereignty: Anatomy of EU Strategic Partnerships under the supervision of Dr Edoardo Celeste and Dr Trish Morgan.
