Prof. Vicky Temperton is a Professor of Ecosystem Functioning and Services at Leuphana University, Lüneburg. She leads the Professorship for Ecosystem Functioning and Services within the Institute of Ecology (IE). Her research focuses on biodiversity, ecological restoration, and grassland dynamics, emphasizing priority effects, plant interactions, and social-ecological systems in Africa and Europe.
