Vicky Lee

Dr. Vicky Lee is a Lecturer in Finance at the University of Greenwich's School of Accounting, Finance and Economics under the Faculty of Business. She holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Reading, an MSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California. Her research focuses on corporate finance and M&A.

Her research interests center on corporate financial strategies and merger/acquisition dynamics. She investigates decision-making processes in financial transactions and market behavior.
