Veta Chitnev is a Lecturer of Russian at the University of British Columbia's Department of Central, Eastern, and Northern European Studies (CENES), part of the Faculty of Arts. She has been with UBC since 2008 and oversees all Russian language course coordination, placement tests, and proficiency examinations.
