Dr. Veselin Rakocevic is a Senior Lecturer in Electronic Engineering at City, University of London (post-merger with St George's). He holds a PhD in Telecommunications from Queen Mary, University of London (2002) and a Dipl-Ing in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Belgrade (1998).
