Dr Veronica Hopner is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Psychology at Massey University. She holds a BA (2004), MA (2007), Postgraduate Diploma in Arts (2008), and PhD (2015) from Massey University. Her research focuses on sociopolitical issues, particularly the experiences of individuals affected by deportation policies under s501. She led the Trans-Tasman Deportation project, funded by a Strategic Research Excellence Grant ($19,740) from Massey University (2020).
