Vern Glaser is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at the University of Alberta's Alberta School of Business, Department of Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Management. With a PhD from the University of Southern California, his research explores how organizations strategically adapt practices and culture through algorithms, arguments, and analogies.
