Valters Kaže

Valters Kaže is an Associate Professor and Vice-Rector for Research and Development at RISEBA University. He holds a PhD in Economics (Dr.oec.) from the University of Latvia. With over 20 years in academia and industry, his expertise spans consumer behavior, international marketing, and business strategy. He is author of over 40 scientific publications and several monographs.

He teaches Marketing Management and International Marketing at RISEBA, and serves as a visiting professor at Riga Business School (affiliated with Ottawa University and SUNY Buffalo) and Riga Graduate School of Law. His industry experience includes executive roles in marketing, strategy, and sales at firms like RSA Group, SEB Bank, SPI Group, Amber Beverage Group, and as CEO of Ex Novo consultancy.

Active in professional organizations, he serves on the board of the Latvian Association of Marketing Professionals and the Advanced Information Society Association. He frequently delivers keynote speeches at international business conferences.
