Valentina Carfora is an Associate Professor of Social Psychology at the University of International Studies of Rome (UNINT), specializing in health, food, and environmental psychology. Her work focuses on promoting sustainable lifestyles through digital tools and persuasive communication strategies. She holds a PhD in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (2016) and has held roles at multiple institutions including Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, eCampus University, and the University of Maryland. She currently leads courses like 'Social Psychology: Fashion and Food' and chairs UNINT's Ethics Committee for Humanistic and Social Research.
