Valentin Rakovic is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, Ss Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. He is the head of the Laboratory for Wireless and Mobile Networks. His research focuses on wireless networks, machine learning, federated learning, and distributed systems, with applications in IoT, healthcare, and edge computing. He has co-authored over 80 publications and contributed to 10+ international research projects funded by the EU and NATO.
