Val Craft is a Postgraduate University Teacher in Strength & Conditioning at Loughborough University. She previously served as a part-time lecturer in Strength and Conditioning at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, where she was the module convener for Practical Techniques in Strength & Conditioning at the MSc level. Her roles include teaching on MSc Strength & Conditioning programs and undergraduate sports modules, and she is a member of the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences (SSEHS) Equity, Diversity and Inclusion working group.
Education includes a First-Class BA (Hons) in Youth & Community Work, a PGDip in Women’s Studies, a PGCert in Strength & Conditioning (Distinction), and a PGDip in Sport and Exercise Physiology (Distinction). Her research interests focus on Strength and Conditioning, Sport and Exercise Physiology, and integrating practical techniques with theoretical knowledge to enhance athletic performance and training methodologies.
