VIVEGANANDAM Jesudevan is an Adjunct Professor at the National University of Singapore, Faculty of Law, and Founder/CEO of TradeKins, a global consultancy specializing in compliance training, export controls, and financial crimes mitigation. With two decades of legal experience, he previously served as Deputy Senior State Counsel in Singapore’s Attorney-General’s Chambers, focusing on financial crimes prosecution, and as a District Court Judge. His expertise spans compliance, risk management, and international trade law.
