Uwe Jaeger

Uwe Jaeger serves as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Health at Kempten University of Applied Sciences, actively engaged in teaching across bachelor's programs including Social Work (with specialization in youth work), Gerontological Care and Therapy, Health Management, and Social Work.

His research focuses on empirical social work practices, particularly youth work methodologies within community settings, alongside gerontological care systems and health management frameworks. These interests align with the faculty's research infrastructure, notably the Competence Center for Empirical Youth Work and Social Research and the Institute for Health and Generations (IGG).

Mr. Jaeger contributes to the Competence Center for Empirical Youth Work and Social Research where field studies on youth intervention models are conducted, and to the IGG Institute which examines intergenerational health dynamics. His work supports the faculty's applied research mission through practical pedagogy and community-oriented projects in social welfare systems.
