Uwe Großmann

Prof. Uwe Großmann is a Professor in the Department of Nutritional Science at Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences. His research focuses on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), sustainability in food systems, and energy efficiency. He coordinates the Advisory Board for Sustainability of the German Society for Home Economics (dgh) and leads the Physics Laboratory.
