Urs Bertschinger

Prof. Dr. Urs Bertschinger is an Ordinary Professor of Private, Commercial, and Business Law at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), affiliated with the Law School's research community (FR-HSG). He specializes in financial market law, corporate governance, and shareholder rights, with particular expertise in Aktienrecht (shareholder law) and regulatory frameworks.
