Dr. Uracha Chatrakul Na Ayudhya is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) and Reader in Work and Organization at Birkbeck Business School, University of London. She serves as Programme Director of MSc Human Resource Management and Assistant Dean for Equalities and Diversity in the School of Business, Economics, and Informatics (BEI). Her research focuses on workplace inequalities, intersectionality, and marginalized workers' lived experiences. She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University and has held academic roles in the UK and Malaysia.
