Una Ryg

Una Ryg is a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, University of Oslo. She is affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine as a student and works at OUS Rikshospitalet in Oslo, Norway.

Research Interests: Her work focuses on advanced imaging techniques for prostate cancer diagnostics, radiotherapy optimization for recurrent cases, and molecular mechanisms of sepsis-induced organ injury. She combines expertise in nuclear medicine, oncology, and critical care research.

Publications: Recent studies include high-resolution MRI protocols for prostate cancer detection and long-term toxicity analysis of radiotherapy interventions. Earlier work explored sepsis pathophysiology using animal models.
