Umberto Janin Rivolin Yoccoz

Umberto Janin Rivolin Yoccoz is a Full Professor of Urban Planning and Techniques (ICAR/20) at the Polytechnic University of Turin. He coordinates the inter-university PhD program in Urban and Regional Development and previously served as Deputy Director of the DIST department. His work spans territorial governance, spatial planning, and sustainable urban development.
