Uli Kazmaier

Prof. Dr. Uli Kazmaier is a Professor of Organic Chemistry I at Saarland University, affiliated with the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology. His research focuses on synthesizing amino acids, peptides, and developing catalytic methods, particularly in organometallic chemistry and natural product synthesis. He leads a team of researchers including PhD candidates (Max Becker, Aaron Dier, Merlin Kempf, Lena Müller, Emanuel Papadopoulos, Ronja Priester, Patrick Schäfer) and Master’s students (Alexandra Becker, Ruben Moor).
