TÂNIA GASPAR SINTRA DOS SANTOS

TÂNIA GASPAR SINTRA DOS SANTOS is a Researcher in the Faculty of Psychology and Education at the School of Psychology and Life Sciences. She leads projects such as TIK-PT (promoting parental and children’s mental health) and Solver ATE, focusing on autism literacy and workplace well-being. Her research emphasizes adolescence mental health, health literacy, and public health interventions.

Key research interests include the psychosocial impacts of adolescence, the role of family dynamics in parenting styles, and environmental health literacy. She has contributed to cross-national studies on pandemic effects on youth well-being and co-authored policy briefs for the HBSC study.
