Tu Dac Ho

Tu Dac Ho is an Associate Professor at the Department of Information Security and Communication Technology (NTNU) since 2023 and concurrently serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Arctic University of Norway (UiT) since 2019. He holds an MSc (2005) and PhD (2011) from Waseda University, Tokyo, specializing in wireless communications. His research focuses on 6G networks, autonomous vehicle communications, satellite-air-ground integrated networks (SAGIN), and ethical AI-driven healthcare systems.

He has led or participated in multiple projects funded by Norway’s Research Council and the EU Horizon program. His competencies include AI-enabled Radio Access Networks (AI-RAN), B5G/6G systems, and maritime radio communications. He actively reviews for IEEE, Elsevier, and other publishers, and serves on editorial boards, including Modern Subsea Engineering and Technology.

Key contributions include over 60 peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations (e.g., IEEE GLOBECOM), and innovations in edge computing for healthcare. His work bridges theoretical wireless communication advancements with practical applications in healthcare and autonomous systems.
