Trude Myklebust

Trude Myklebust is a Research Fellow at the University of Oslo's Faculty of Law, affiliated with the Department of Public and International Law. Her research focuses on financial regulation, European legal frameworks, climate finance, and systemic risk governance. She contributes to interdisciplinary discussions on the intersection of law, technology, and sustainability, particularly in the context of financial markets. Her work addresses regulatory challenges in high-frequency trading, climate-related disclosures, and institutional legitimacy within the EU financial system. She is part of the Law and Technology (JOT) and Sustainability Law research groups at the university.
