Troy Rule

Troy Rule is the Joseph Feller Memorial Chair in Law and Sustainability and Professor of Law at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He directs the Law and Sustainability Program and is affiliated with the Water Institute and Global Futures Scientists and Scholars. His work bridges property law and sustainability policy.
